We invite you to enjoy a Full Moon Immersion: a Sound Bath with Emily May designed to help you release stress, slow down and deeply relax.

Immerse yourself in a soundscape journey blending Crystal Healing Bowls which harmonise in sweeping waves and gentle rhythms.

Feel the power of sound relax frayed nerves, ease weary muscles and gently allow your mind to drop stress for a more silent and still space.

Allowing the mind to come to a restful space, brings forth feelings of relaxation and mental expansion. As the movement in the mind slows down and quietens, there is room for wonderful inner states of greater awareness, clarity and calmness.

There’s no better way to re-connect, and end a busy week.

Fine Print: 

This event is for Bodhi & Ride Members only. This is a free event and we can only squeeze 15 people into our South Yarra studio. It’s first come, first booked.

The event will take place on Friday 16th August and commence at 630pm – 730pm, followed by chai and nibbles. Please arrive by 615pm, and wear comfortable clothes. We will provide yoga mats.

Bio

Emily May is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound healer and Reiki Master offering mindful practices to help reduce the stress in people’s lives and reconnect with themselves. Her offerings include classes, workshops and retreats.

She has trained with some of the world’s leading teachers and experts and is the forever student, regularly venturing overseas to immerse herself in ancient teachings. Prior to her life as a teaching yogi, Emily spent 15 years working in high pressure corporate marketing roles and sought refuge in yoga and meditation; now turning her passion into her work!

Emily is an energy worker on a mission to raise energy vibrations and reduce stress levels in Melbourne through deeply connective practices her students can integrate into their daily lives. Her offerings include Yin Yoga, Breathwork, various meditations including Yoga Nidra (sleep based meditation), Sound Healings and Reiki.

Emily teaches throughout Melbourne in public and private classes, workshops and retreats.

Emily is excited to be offering a 3 day weekend Spring Meditation & Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Victorian countryside of Trentham and you’re invited!

This retreat is an opportunity to disconnect from your life and explore a variety of meditation, breath, sound healing and yoga practices to help you learn to manage stress and connect your mind, body and soul as we welcome in Spring and all the changes and light it brings.

This retreat is particularly beneficial for anyone with:

  • a busy work and home life seeking to learn ways to relax and de-stress
  • a curiosity to learn different meditation and yoga principles to help create change in their body and mind
  • stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD or insomnia
  • physical injuries or illnesses
  • beginner through to intermediate yoga experience (this weekend won’t involve practices requiring you to turn yourself into a pretzel!) as you will be guided through mindful, gentle practices

Retreat includes:

  • 4 yoga classes
  • 2 meditation & breathing classes
  • Friday evening Yoga Nidra Meditation
  • Saturday evening of Meditation and Sound Healing
  • 2 nights’ accommodation
