We are on the lookout for confident and energetic superstars to join our team of FAB instructors. If you’ve got a passion for Rhythm Ride, we’d love to hear from you. Our charismatic instructors elevate classes from physical experiences to epic mind-body journeys. Each of our RIDE Instructors has a unique teaching style. Whatever a rider needs, whatever a rider is looking for, our instructors help them find it!

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver energetic, effective and motivational classes.
  • Connect with individuals and create a sense of community in each of their rides.
  • Provide exception customer service at all times (both inside and outside the Ride Chamber).
  • Be a positive, professional and personable leader.
  • Have fun, get sweaty and be passionate about people!

 

Required

  • First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness
  • Experience teaching choreography based spin classes

Front of House Team Member

Are you positive, proactive and excited about contributing to a growing business? Do you LOVE Bodhi & Ride? We are looking for confident and bright individuals to join the Bodhi & Ride tribe in the capacity of Front of House Staff.

The ideal candidate would be available to work early AM, lunch time and/or PM shifts across each of our studios (Port Melbourne, CBD, and South Yarra).

 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment for ALL of our Riders
  • Manage operational tasks on a daily basis
  • Prepare the Ride Chamber pre-ride
  • Engage in community events
  • Help clients achieve their fitness goals through supporting and motivating them
  • Take and receive phone calls from clients with queries

Marketing, Promotions and Communications Assistant

 

THE ROLE:

Our company is looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Assistant /Executive who will be working closely with our team to

– implement marketing campaigns and promotions. You will identify opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials and maintaining existing marketing channels eg website, app

– implementing and managing promotions by collaborating with the business manager, internal teams, clients and partners to create ground-breaking promotional campaigns and activations.

– Manage Social media calendar including scheduling, content creation, posting and responding.

– Manage communication across our business, ranging from:

responding to customer emails and chat messages

eDM blasts

team rides coordination

VIP bookings

managing customer leads

sending out monthly team communications

– customer-facing in-studio time approx. 3-5 hrs a week will be expected.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

To be chosen for this role, you must have:

  • a background and at least 1-2 year of experience in marketing, business, or agency side.
  • Prior experience in administration, sales, or business development is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
  • You must be commercially astute and seek the best outcomes for both the business and the customers.
  • Live and breathe social and digital
  • Ideally have knowledge of design/creative principles
  • Impeccable customer service and phone manners
  • A sales mindset and hungry to hit set targets
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • You have to be passionate about the fitness industry, specifically about Spin classes.

 

SPECIFICS:

  • We are looking to fill this role on a full time basis.

  • Teach new riders how to set up their own bike and clip in
