Why Ride?

When we RIDE, everything is possible. We push through doubts and insecurities. We workout faster and harder than ever before. We leave sweat dripping and endorphin filled.


When we RIDE, we work at high intensity for short periods of time, burning between 400 and 600 calories. We tone muscles, shed fat and increase our metabolism. More importantly, we connect.


We connect with our body, soul and mind. We connect with each other. When the doors close, lights dim and music fills the chamber, it’s magical. When we stop, close our eyes and take a deep breath, we set an intention for the ride ahead and come together as a tribe.


Ride Types

RIDE45 (45 min)

RIDE45 gives you 45 minutes of HIIT, interspersed with periods of mindfulness. You’ll fire up your core and feel the burn! With at least 1 weight track you’ll be showing off your biceps in no time.

All Levels:

45 minutes of Rhythm Riding, this is no joke. Throw away any notion that this is an ‘easy ride’. Trust us, your body will be challenged, you will drip sweat and you will feel the burn. Your instructor will ensure you understand how to set up your bick, and correctly perform movements before they push you HARD, and make you SWEAT.

Level 2:

No training wheels in this ride. Instead, clip in and get ready for increased resistance and intensity! You’re in it to focus, to sweat, to RIDE. We recommend that all new RIDERS complete a minimum of FIVE All Level RIDES prior to joining a Level 2 RIDE. This ensures familiarity with our RIDE training method, basic principles and a strong foundation of cardio fitness. Tick the boxes? Let’s RIDE.


A little short on time? WHO ISN’T! With our Ride Express classes there’s no excuse. Shortened to 35 minutes, don’t let its duration fool you, this ride will get your heart rate up and leave you sweaty AF. Perfect for that midday pick me up!


A Rhythm Ride on STEROIDS, RIDE60 is described as the ultimate ride! Get ready to take your fitness to the next level. 60 minutes of pure sweat, of pure motivation and of pure EMPOWERMENT.
RIDE60 occurs on a monthly basis.


I’ve never been to Bodhi & Ride before. Do I need to book in?

Yes. A lot of our classes get booked up quickly, so we ask that you pre-book your RIDE. To pre-book, all  you need to do is a) create an account, then b) purchase a class credit or our Welcome To the Tribe Intro Offer, then c) select the studio, class, and time you want to RIDE in, and d) book in.

Can I just show up at the studio?

You can however, we will ask you to follow the same process as outlined above, so please make sure you arrive early.

How do I book in?

Download our app! Available on both Apple and Android devices, our app is the easiest way to book in! Create an account or log in, add series and select your class AND your bike! Not much of a mobile person? Follow the process on our website.


What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend, please let us know 6 hours before the class by following these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to My Classes
3. Cancel yourself out
We are unable to refund classes if you fail to show up to a class you’ve booked.


What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 mins before each class. This ensures you have enough time to check in, become familiar with the studio and set up your bike to ensure a KILLER (and safe) RIDE with us! We sometimes lock the door to the studio, so please arrive 15-20 mins early to avoid missing out.


It’s my first RIDE. What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive at the studio, head to our reception desk. Our friendly team will introduce themselves, check you in and show you around our facilities. We will give you shoes, inform you of your bike number and set you up. At this stage, please inform us if you have any medical issues we should be aware of.


Do you have lockers?

Yes! We have lockers at each of our studios so that you can store your belongings. Just remember to keep the key with you!

Do you offer free trial classes?

We do not offer a free trial class but we do have a ‘Welcome to the Tribe offer’. Check out the Pricing page for more info!

Will you help me set up my bike?

Absolutely! Our Instructors and FOH team will teach you how to set up your bike. If you have any questions about your bike, please don’t hesitate to ask us.


How should I prepare for the RIDE?

Drinks lots of water before the class and BYO water bottle. Good hydration is key to any workout! Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a change of clothes if you are taking a shower after class!


Do I need my own shoes?

We provide cleated shoes to wear during class. We use cleated shoes because they allow for greater stability and therefore a more productive workout. You can BYO, but please make sure they are SPD MTB compatible (we use mountain bike cleats).


Is the Ride Chamber loud?

Our Ride Chamber is loud, but safe for your ears. If you are sensitive to loud noises, we offer earplugs at our front counter and in the Ride Chamber for free.


Can I take photos?

YES – work it! Feel free to take photos, however we absolutely do not allow mobile phones inside the studio during class! This is the time to zone-out and disconnect from your text message and instagram newsfeed!


Am I fit enough to RIDE?

We believe that every-body can take any of our All-Level classes regardless of their fitness level. Our Level 2 classes should only be attended by regular, experienced Riders.

We ask that you tell us about any health issues that you may have when you get to the studio, such as sensitivity to flashing lights (we use strobe lights), breathing difficulties such as Asthma (we use candles), and any injuries you may have, as well as being pregnant.
