RIDE into the new decade & leave the sins of Christmas behind you with Bodhi & Ride’s Exciting Summer Pop Up Studio at Sorrento

The Stars of Melbourne’s Sweat Scene, Bodhi & Ride, are taking things up a gear, with the launch of their first Summer Pop Up Spin Studio on the beach, in picturesque Sorrento, Victoria.

In collaboration with the award winning Hotel Sorrento and athleisure brand, Lululemon, the Pop Up studio will run for 4 days offering sunrise and sunset spin classes in true Bodhi & Ride style: sweat drenched, hard work, full body and mind focused, and fun all at the same time.

Joining forces with Hotel Sorrento, Bodhi & Ridge want to bring something really exciting to the local sweat-scene, just in time for the new year.

What better way than to escape the hustle and bustle of the City and welcome in 2020 at Melbourne’s seaside playground, Sorrento, where the sun is brighter and the good times spill down to the waterfront.

By yet again collaborating with another icon business, it’s like taking co-working to the next level.

We’re excited to ride into 2020 with a new twist – both feeling and looking good, so come on down to RIDE into a new decade with us and set the bar for looking and feeling good, while working out.

The pop-up will run from 27th December – 30th December (4 x days) – with all classes scheduled classes at 830am and 930am for the Sunrise RIDES, and 5pm and 6pm for the Sunset RIDES.

Bodhi & Ride’s signature spin classes provide an intensive full-body workout with a twist, incorporating high energy interval and endurance bike as well as upper body workouts with weights, all within 35 minutes on the bike, followed by 10 minutes off the bike for stretching, recovery and meditation.

The Bodhi & Ride Sorrento Pop Up will be available for sale from December 4 in-studio at Bodhi & Ride’s venues in Port Melbourne, South Yarra and the CBD, as well as online here.
